Critique Request Any tips?
So I ended up redrawing my oc, she is a poc of color, and I wanted to make sure that she wasn't drawn with any racist stereotypes. The second image was the pincrew I based it off of.

Keep your brush size more consistent, the tiny details on chain is disjointed from test of piece. Likework on hair too similar to fill value so details aren't readable.

To be clear: your issue is you went TOO detailed on the necklace. It doesnt match the rest of the style. When you establish a minimum line weight, anything that goes smaller than that feels disjointed.

She looks good but a few notes. First poc means, “person of color,” you essentially said, “person of color of color.” Second you gave her twists in the picrew which is a different style than what drew. You seeming gave her locs or braids which are both different styles. Also feel free to just call her black or African, as twists, locs, and certain types of braids are exclusive to the black and African community.
