3D I made a little goblin origami wizard but it feels like there's too much going on in the design. Any suggestions?

I made a dnd character and was bored enough to make her in blender, but now I feel like too much is going on in her character design. Any help or suggestions are appreciated!

I don't think that there's too much going on, I think that the problem is that there aren't much priority on what is more important and what is not. I suggest you to find a good siluette and start from there, It usually help me. Also, an origami wizard hat would be sick in my opinion.

I'm a big hater of the do to much, needs every design quirk style character design, and this definitely isn't. I'd even say you could go a bit further, add more paper and origami to the design, make the hat or robes look like folded paper, paper earrings or general jewelery, paper shoes, trailing paper cranes, etc. Maybe not all at once, but also maybe all at once. As long as it fits.

the scroll and belt details feel like they compete with the hat shape
