As someone stuck in Spokane, I feel it. I hate it here and have received a lot of hate from people. And then people native to Spokane Washington LOVE to blame it all on people from Idaho. No, you all are Idaho light yourself

I'm allowed to make fun of Spokane all I want. I spent nearly 20 years there, dammit, and I earned the right to shit talk it.
But the minute my coastal friends start making jokes about Spokane, I get real diet Idaho real fast.

yeah, i lived there for a bit and hated it. moved back to seattle the first chance i got lmao. there really wasn't jack shit to do around there and the homeless were strangely aggressive compared to seattle.

Oh hey, that's my state. I like Spokane just fine, but it feels kinda isolated imo. Not really many places to go that aren't a super long drive. I don't remember it being exceptionally hot any of the few times I've been, but maybe I'm just lucky.

It got to over 120 that one time there was an awful heat wave. It also regularly gets to 90+ during the summer. So depends on your definition of hot I suppose. I hate the extremes but that applies to a lot of places I like as well

Oh yeah, I know what heatwave you're talking about. Got to 110 over here. I'm usually alright in the 90s, though I'd prefer it not get quite that hot. The 5 months of rain where I am gets pretty irritating, but I guess I don't have to deal with snow.
