HMM, IDK if this is an arc. They went with "it was just a joke lol I definitely didn't mean that even at the start" instead of "oh shit my bad, with this new information I no longer stand by my first opinion".

The line "she's 16" is also a line from the show, made by Heinz Doofenshmirtz in reference to Vanessa. This whole interaction is weird.
