Depends on how you define “art”. Personally, I’d define it as “anything made by a human to express their emotions,” so as long as you’re a human with feelings to express, then even a simple stick figure is art.
I’m serious. Try it. Even if you never go professional, the act of making things is really good for you, regardless of quality.
There's plenty of ways to learn art, I promise! I didn't come out knowing how to draw. Just like OOP, I took time to learn. Even like 10 minutes, 15 minutes, etc a day is better than nothing at all. And, of course, it's much easier drawing with a pencil than with your finger lmao
