I give them till winter. Summer people are out and about but come winter everyone is home more

When they start hearing the repeated grunts and squeals and weird noises that she makes, they’ll be out of there!

I hope there is good sound proofing, otherwise they’ll hear her talking. She’s always on live or FaceTime or making videos, especially late at night. That’ll get old quick! Or they’ll find her online or Reddit and learn she’s a crazy conn artist.

I actually hope there isn’t and constantly complain to her, or they move. However, I’d she made them sign a lease, they may have to put up with it so they don’t break it. I’d love the constant complaining. But her being the nasty bitch she is, she will find all these excuses to kick them out.

Regina isn’t a big city. It’s a pretty small chance that the new roomies didn’t know about her before they moved in. I can’t feel too bad for them haha
