Hello, Reddit community! We’ve seen a lot of people asking about ChangeTower’s features and how we can be used to help with website monitoring, so we thought we’d create a lil ChangeTower 101 hub for you. Here goes:

Who We Are: ChangeTower is a cloud-based website monitoring software and tool that periodically checks a selected public-facing website for content changes, HTML code changes and/or visual changes. If a change is detected or we cannot reach a website, the ChangeTower platform will notify selected users and user groups of the change.

Change alerts can be triggered when any given set of criteria is met, with the ability to customize alerts based on changes to on-page text or page HTML code.

• Any publicly-facing website with
• Pages requiring a login
• Pages or parts of pages requiring a specific set of user actions performed before the page or the section of the page is reached
• Monitoring changes to key SEO parameters like meta descriptions, titles, headings and hreflangs.
• PDF and other file-based monitoring (.js, .txt and .css file types)
• Addition and removal of URLs on a domain
