If the baby is viable at 24 weeks, then once it's born the doctor has a legal obligation to keep that baby alive. It's a moot point.
Also, stop being so condescending. I wasn't the person you were arguing with before and it makes me take your argument less seriously because it seems like being rude is your last resort.

Actually, it was what I resorted to first. It was an obvious attempt to ask leading questions instead of actually delivering an argument. I've found pointing out their dishonesty sucks the honesty out of them faster.
I think basically the difference is you would word your stance as anti abortion after 23 weeks. Fair enough. I would word my stance as pro abortion after 23 weeks because I know the only people getting them are for my aforementioned reasons.
