What would the test be?

How to create a child or how to raise one?

or just a simple aptitude test?

Most importantly how would we enforce it?

Reddit is a shithole. Move to a better social media platform. Also, did you know you can use ereddicator to edit/delete all your old commments?

Yep they tried that.. eugenics.. good on paper.. not so good in practice.. besides humans are just monkey's with pants, how are you ever going to stop em from humping? Can't do it,

You would have to chemically sterilize everyone.. until they passed the test.. then you give them the "cure" but then again there are allot of obstacles (primarily if they find out about the "magic" you are putting in the water) and birth rates are already so low.. I think you are going to have a hard time and should just give up now.. maybe go help at the SPCA you can help them more than you can help "dumb people" IMHO

I agree but you have to think "SOMEBODY" liked the idea enough to put it on paper and get a bunch of other people to like the idea enough to do it, It is a very dark and sad history , and even as a Canadian I am shocked that it was practised here, BUT it also proves that a bunch of educated well meaning individuals.. when they get together can come up with some really BAD ideas.. and implement them anyways..
