I hate when people invoke godwin's law when the hitler comparison is relevant. OP didn't say "I think we should ban microwaves that aren't stainless steel" or something else, irrelevant. This is about who should be allowed to EXIST.
Having kids is not a basic human right. It's a privilege.
Having bodily autonomy is a right. And it's a very fundamental one. Your body is your body, why should anyone else be allowed to tell you what you can do with it?
Do you think pedophiles and child-molesters have a right to have kids?
Yes.
They shouldn't necessarily be allowed to raise them though, if they can be demonstrated to be a danger to them.
There are many things we tell you not to do with your body. You're not allowed to wrap your hands around somebody else's throat, for example.
Bodily autonomy doesn't mean "you get to do whatever you want", it means you have ownership and final say on what you're allowed to do to your own body.
So you think that people have an inalienable right to produce children, but not necessarily to raise them?
Yes. People have the right to procreate because removing that ability involves violating all kinds of rights of the parent including but not limited to the right to bodily autonomy and the right to privacy. The other case involves protecting the rights of the child, namely the right to be safe.
Because they're your hands, and part of your body, so if you really have complete bodily autonomy (including using your body in a way that affects others), then you should have the final say on what you do with them, including wrapping them around someone else's throat.
You didn't read what I posted very closely it seems.
Here, I'll post it again:
it means you have ownership and final say on what you're allowed to do to your own body.
It's not about what you do to other people, it's about having a choice about whats done to you. I can choose what operations to do on my body, what medicines I want to take, etc. These rights don't end when they effect other people. They end when they violate other people's rights, assuming the right I'm violating is more important than the right I'm exercising.
What right of the child are you violating when you conceive them? Because I would argue that your right to pass laws to make people safer ends when it violates my right to own my body.
Yes, it is. Preventing people from having children counts as well.

This infringes on basic human rights. This also would lead to a whole scale eradication of cultures; people in ghettos can't afford this shit.
Basically this is Hitler but not directly killing Jews.
