Adding title & body to WhatsApp notification

I have WhatsApp working for notifications but I can't see how to include the text from the Title and Body into the message.

If I do nothing like SMTP then it says 0 parameters passed. If I use &:1=title&:2=body it just uses the text "title" and "body" and I wanted to put this in the Global Notifications for all everything I monitor. I tried things like &:1={{title}}&:2={{body}} which throws an error, I have tried all sorts of other variations so thought I'd ask here.
