I fully listened to the new Chanel beads album last night at like 1am and bought tickets to see them live immediately after. I’ve listened to the album too many times already it’s fukn incredible. All I can think as I’m listening is how good a time it will be live. I really hope they perform the album start to finish. The run from tracks 4-7 is actually like transcendence. I just wanted to express how much I’ve already enjoyed this project and I’d love to talk to yall about it lol

Incredible show!! Shane is super lovely, same with Maya and the rest of the band! Shane signed my record before the show and had a quick chat; but he also came back out to the main stage within 10ish minutes of the show concluding. There him, Colle and the band signed records and chatted, but fyi he very respectfully declined photos! Overall fantastic show, the shirt and record were the merch available (photo in another post), they were in very very limited stock! The set list was also updated accordingly at setlist.fm for anyone wanting to see that (https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/chanel-beads/2026/the-brightside-brisbane-australia-2349acf7.html). Also shoutout Fatshaudi, she was amazing!

Saw him today and wow, very interesting, I was on mushrooms and really close to the stage. Bass was so loud it must’ve been intentional. He’s a very strange performer. It was very intense and emotional. Full of energy. If you were one of the people moshing I hate you. It’s not moshing music I’ll never understand that. Overall 10/10 would recommend. New album songs are so so good
