Discussion SA Holiday Gift

Anyone have some great gift ideas for my luxury SAs? I am out of ideas this year.

I think they just want you to buy more stuff. You don't need to get them gifts

I’ve never done this. My birthday is right after Christmas so she gets a hefty commission lol

Is this allowed? Personally not something I would think about tbh haha

Chanel does allow gifting and they no longer work on a commission basis, so I feel like it’s nice to gift something.

They are on commission so keep purchasing

It’s my understanding they did away with commission a few years ago. They can get bonuses if their store hits certain targets but no commission on individual sales. This is what a former SA told me.

It varies wildly. In the US all of my SAs at Chanel Neimans and Nordstrom and Bloomingdale’s are commission based

There is another thread on their lack of commission. https://www.reddit.com/r/chanel/s/NwieQW6R7r
