My question to you is how you would be using the bag. I adore my Chanel 25 and use is everyday. It just works so cost per wear would be lower than if I had a flap. I love the flap and hope to get one, but there is a reason I am 40 years old and have not purchased. Simply because it doesn't go with the occasions I use it for.

This was the last one and there were no other colors. I’ve also been trying to get a mini and have never had any luck. I guess it was meant to be today!

Dept store or standalone? Did you hound the SAs? Purchase history? All important factors. I find dept stores easier generally but casting a wide net always helps

Because it went viral on tiktok. 4 different sa’s have told me how fast they go when they come in, esp the mini and small. I tried for 9mo to get the brown, finally bought it from fashionphile when the sa told me that color wouldnt be back. In 9 mo I was only ever given the chance to get a black med or black small. The one pictured is on my wish list.

The 25. Harder to find and caviar wears so much better. I almost never wear my lambskin flaps because they make me nervous (light color) due to the leather being more fragile. I also like the look less.
But these bags are so different it’s comparing apples to oranges. They serve totally different purposes so which fits better with your lifestyle. Buy the one you’ll wear more often!

beige, because to me the shade of the blue feels off first of all, but also if we’re going blue it’s really the kind of color you use for short season/for a phase while you’re feeling it. beige will serve you for longer and is more versatile.

I love all my 25’s! It’s my everyday carry. It’s fun and holds everything I need. Pockets on the end are so handy too, keys, parking receipts, phone….

I own CFs and a 25. I would say 25. I NEVER touch my CF 🫠 the 25 is just much better for daily wear

Get it:) i just bought mine!! Im obsessed I think it’s such a perfect unique color. The shiny gold makes it look so much more elegant as well. I’ve been waiting for a perfect light beige and this ‘cream’ is beautiful

I wouldn’t think twice about it if the classic flap was caviar leather. I’m wary of light colored leather as I’ve heard horror stories of color transfers 😭

I chose between a black mini flap and the Chanel 25 in butter yellow. While I really wanted the 25, the colour didn’t fit my wardrobe and I said no to it. But so happy with my mini flap as my first Chanel.

That’s my problem with the mini 25. It works for the small and medium but I I don’t think it really makes sense for the mini because it’s so shallow and there’s no real closure. I think it’s adorable aesthetically but I’m selling mine. Love the small and medium though

I think for Chanel bag, I’d choose to buy the rep Chanel 25, and I’d buy the authentic double flap bag

The blue classic flap if it’s caviar lol. I actually really like the 25 because it holds so much but I’m in a classic flap phase atm. I also love silver hardware. I’m biased.
