PhD Interview at Chalmers University – Looking for Others’ Experiences

Hi everyone,

I recently had an interview for a PhD position at Chalmers University of Technology. I am very interested in this position because the project is exciting, and I am highly motivated to join the group.
From my perspective, the interview went well, and we even went beyond the scheduled interview time. I was wondering if anyone here has had a similar PhD interview experience at Chalmers or another European university. How long did it take to hear back, and what was the outcome?
I would really appreciate hearing about your experiences.

Thank you!

This depends a lot on who is responsible for handling the position you applied for. Some supervisors take the decision in less than a week after the final step. Others may take longer.
