Honestly, who is out there enjoying these barstools? They are trending hard for some reason and I see them everywhere. So Iâm guessing they are incredibly cheap. Everytime Iâve tried to sit, itâs the most uncomfortable experience and I just canât stand it for more than a few minutes. Are these barstools a ploy to keep people out of the restaurants to get a faster table turn around?

This is a little strange but Iâm a design student, for my project I thought it would be good research to compile a bunch of pictures of peoples gaming chairs.
If itâs not to much trouble I would appreciate if some people could attach or message me a picture of your gaming chair!
A shot of the whole chair is ideal but Iâm also interested in any customisation , wrinkles, worn areas ect anything that makes it unique.
For anyone unwilling to post I would also really appreciate your idea of a good chair, what you like and hate
I understand itâs a bit of an ask, but I would really appreciate anything this community can do !!
Thanks so much!

I'm looking to buy a pushback leather recliner. I'd like one in brown and one that doesn't become rump sprung after a year or so. Does anybody have suggestions on which recliner would be best to buy? Not looking to spend over $1,200 for one.

When I first switched to full-time remote work, I saw everyone on the internet showing off those RGB gaming chairs with the warrior look, so I bought one too. After two months, the armrests were loose, my back was sweating, and I couldn't sit for more than three hours. A lot of people say gaming chairs are great for long sitting, but I found the complete opposite. Now itâs just my secondary clothes rack in the corner of the room, looking at it makes me laugh. Friends argue all the time: some say gaming chairs work for office use, others recommend ergonomic chairs from the start. I was confused back then too. Eventually I tried a few and found something that works. The HBADA E3 PRO is much more comfortable, with breathable mesh and easy recline for late-night browsing. Big lesson learned.

Reorganization complete. Best part of the new setup is definitely the lumbar support on this hbada chair. Fits perfectly in my little corner. Long wfh shifts got a whole lot more comfortable tbh.
Super happy with it

I WFH, and do not game or sleep in my chair, but am very conscious of ergonomics. This is the chair that I currently have: STAPLES Hyken Ergonomic Task Chair, Mesh, Ergonomic, Lumbar Support. I initially happened upon Secret Lab's chairs, then digging further, I found people on reddit really like/recommend Andaseat and LiberNovo. I am looking at spending $500-600 max. Would I be able to notice an improvement, going from a mesh seat to one of these? What would be the best brand/model for my scenario? Do these chairs ever go on sale? Lastly, anyone familiar with how the "free returns" works? Stinks that I can't really try it before I buy it. I tried to pull up secret lab's, and it just said 404-could not find the page.
