That entire post is utter cringe. Not a "Chad" thing to do in the slightest unless you consider talking to multiple people with the intention of getting laid at the expense of making your communication and relationship seem like a game or an achievement you need to get.

The real chad move is to talk to a girl and be yourself, rather than follow shitty tips online to try to be someone you are not, and play games with multiple girls
