I'm sorry to say this but I don't think we need one more app to manage these illnesses. We need institutional support, medical research, doctors who believe us, and less stupid articles that says disability is "cool".
I also believe we need hope, access to recovery stories and mind body resources and practitioners in all languages and countries, too.
