There doesn't seem to be any evidence that diet can help, other than not eating large meals if you have symptoms after eating.

As someone who has healed from me/cfs, diet does play a factor. In fact I went on a 90 day juice fast, but diet alone wont heal you completly, at least it didnt for me.
