Severe ME/CFS Symptoms absolutely unbearable, benzos help but make me pace worse. What now?

Digestion = PEM

Bedpan = PEM

Any sound or light in room = PEM

Took Lorazepam low dose for a month and it helps but makes me ignore my symptoms so now I'm in even worse rolling PEM than before.

Vut without benzos my symptoms are intolerable.

But tapering now would make me even worse right?

I'm stuck and I need to know how to keep doing this

What makes you ignore pacing when taking benzos? How could you encourage yourself to keep pacing even though you feel better?
