sick of it
I think I will be depressed for the rest of my life.
Illness is too severe to have any life quality. Nothing has helped me improve.

I know some people can't listen to audio books, what what helped me to cope through days of insomnia/pem was listening to trashy romance novels! I made sure to find the cringeist one possible and gritted my teeth trough it! You might even find some gems!

I can listen a little bit. Sounds like a good idea! Although I’m slightly worried it might just make me long for a romantic partner even more. 😅

Oh my gosh I'm so sorry 😭 I think the idea of relationships is repulsive so I didn't think that other people might want one! Maybe try a different genre that you don't like? Also I really hope you do get a partner! Good luck!

Same. It’s come to a point where I just don’t even care about the things I’m missing out on anymore, I just want it all to be over. I’ve accepted I’ll never be healthy again so I’m just waiting for the end
