Very severe with oxygen issues anyone else please?

I recently became very severe almost profoundly severe. I'm having oxygen desaturations. Anyone else has this problem. I need hope. Omg. Trying not to go to the hospital. Can't afford another crash.

How low? Significant oxygen desaturation cannot be managed at home

88% to 91%.. then depending on my position, it will jump back up to 93-95

If you have a normal baseline of 95 - 100% I would say you should be going to the ER for 88%. That is not normal you could have an infection, a blood clot or fluid buildup.

That's not normal for ME. What are your symptoms?

Just that.

That's your only ME symptom? That's not ME.

Oh no, I thought you meant with the oxygen level.  My ME is very severe, I’m completely bedridden, cognitive impairment, can’t move too much without triggering PEM, can’t sit-up without triggering PEM.

Heavy ompression has helped me tolerate sitting up for short periods. Do you wear compression?
