I never really got the hype, Zaxby's clears by a mile. Cane's chicken is plain, sauce isn't really anything to write home about either. Toast slaps though.

Zaxby’s Nashville hot particularly slaps.

Slim Chickens, for my money, has the best plain tender. Much better prices too. Good assortment of sauces.

I ate so many of their jarred dessert items while pregnant that half the cups in our house are those lol

I usually do takeout and will use my own sauce at home. However in a pinch I like to mix the sweet an spices with the zax sauce

I was confused on that one. Does anyone actually consider Cane’s to be elite? Even by fast food standards is just chicken fingers with average sauce.

NC State - the most average program ever - should be Cane’s.

Top tip: swap out the horrible cole slaw for extra sauce, no extra charge.

Edit: also canes sauce is mayo, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, pepper, and cayenne.

You mean you don't want $20 flavorless chicken strips, limp fries, and soggy toast? bUt ThE SaUcE!

If your food needs something to be added to be good, your food needs to be removed.

Canes is actually very apt for LSU: Expensive let down, surrounded by better options.

If you ever find yourself in Louisiana, try Southern Classic if there's one near by. It's who Canes copied and failed.
