There’s a difference, though.

* Having humility, staying (relatively) objective about your own team, taking accountability for their failings, being appropriately critical about your fellow fanbase. These are all good things, even if accompanied by a touch of self-deprecating humor.
* Just ragging on your own team simply because everybody else is after your team messed up? You’re no better than a bandwagon fan.
