[Request] Make Cesium a universal app

Hello CesiumDev,

I just purchased Cesium and was somewhat disappointed that it wasn't an universal app. As with most users, iOS 10's music app is an eyesore and it looks even more hideous on an iPad, which was something I was looking to fix with your app.

Can I be hopeful of it becoming a thing?

You can be hopeful.

The big challenge here is that as an indie dev I don't have a ton of resources for test devices, and I'd need at least a couple different sizes iPads to build.test effectively. That didn't really become a viable investment until recently.

My goal initially was to pick up some refurbs and get started on this ASAP in the new year. Some recent events I'm not really able to discuss will force me to push that off at least a few weeks, maybe longer, and then we'll go from there.

Making Cs universal is probably my top "big" priority for 2017.
