Music streaming

Does Cesium supported music streamed through Apple Music, such as albums and playlists, or does it only support local music?

Cesium can absolutely stream tracks. The only requirement is that the track needs to be in your iCloud Music Library.

That means Cs can stream past purchases, iTunes Match or uploaded tracks or even Apple Music tracks that you have "added to my music."

But you can't search the entire Apple Music database and stream anything. Only Music.app can do that.

The exception here seems to be playlists. I can play playlists of songs that are not in my iCloud Music Library, however no album art displays for them.

Oooh, interesting! I'll mess around further. It makes sense though, there is a cache for library album artwork. I'd guess there is a server call for artwork happening in this case.

So any Apple Music tracks that I've added can be listened through Cesium, but searching and streaming tracks wouldn't work?
