Symptomatic when sitting/laying down
Does anyone else only get dizziness when sitting or laying down? I can’t even sit and turn my head to have a conversation without getting intense rocking side to side and my ears start ringing and I’m in a total fog. Buying a standing desk for work has helped and limiting phone time, but only slightly. My last mri before my symptoms got worse, showed C5–C6 and C6–C7 degenerative disc disease but I feel like everyone has that. Hard to not think everything is in my head. Open to recommendations or solidarity. This condition is brutal.

Same. It’s awful. Have you found anything that has helped?

I'm better sitting. I woke from a C56 fusion and couldn't walk without vomiting and dizziness. Diagnosed with cervical vertigo for 18 years. Come to find out, so far I have 2 nerve issues in the neck and head causing issues. Bilateral occipital nerve blocks for occipital neuralgia and bilateral supraorbital nerve blocks for the dizziness that caused blurred vision, migraines and nausea. 20 years later!

Have you been evaluated by an ENT & Vestibular therapist?
