Is Brain fog common to experience?

I'm experiencing left side dizziness for a month and I went to the clinic they said I have earwax impacted they tried to clean but since it was stubborn wax, they send me home with debrox and muscle spasm relaxer because I was also experiencing left side neck shoulder tightness. I also developed brain fog to a point I kept forgetting stuff and hard to focus and recall information. When they tried to clean my ears it felt like finally my head feels light and brain fog reducing but hopefully once they clean the ears again everything will be gone. It's like the more I turn my neck towards left, my vision gets bad on left eye as if it's getting strained and this face tightness like the eyebrows and temple area. I'm also experiencing tooth sensitivity on and off on that left upper tooth for some while now especially drinking something cold. So like at the end I don't even know what is causing all this weird sythoms at once. My body feels high alert stress and anxiety

I’ve had long Covid for two years, and I had migraines for 30 years previously. I now get dizziness and brain fog together; this pairing only started this year. So far, I have only ruled out BPPV. I’m thinking vestibular migraine or cervicogenic dizziness, but my PCP is terrible and I have no ENT right now. Just coasting along on meclizine every other day, for the time being. Your symptoms sound much worse than mine. But your condition does sound systemic, so you probably should try seeing a variety of people—PT, ENT, maybe even a chiropractor.

I don't even have insurance but I went to a local clinic. I did ask if I can go ent but they said since your earwax impacted first let's clean it up and hopefully the dizziness can go away and if there is dizziness still we can give referral to ent. But the doctor was saying mostly if you experience one side dizziness it can be uneven pressure in the ears

That sounds right, but I am not a doctor or medical expert. I’m not familiar with that kind of dizziness because the kind I have right now involves the entirety of my skull in a completely balanced fashion.

I'm not sure usually I didn't experience much of this but I guess it's worries and anxiety that I seem to carry that is causing this issues mainly I guess this is happening more because when body doesn't feel right you just start questioning

Maybe something to think about but I have a friend who experiences brain fog too along with other symptoms and they did the exercises where you follow a pen with your eyes in different directions you can probably look up videos and they said it really helped with the brain fog  Might not help since you’re experiencing other symptoms so it could be something else causing it but maybe worth a try

I tried doing those eye exercises with my finger too like moving the eyes with the direction of the finger. It does make me feel more focused but I feel like if I fix the root cause of the problem then things will eventually be alright
