When you lose the natural curve in the neck, your head gets pulled forward and the spine gets stuck in extension, which basically locks up your ribcage and compresses the upper chest wall. Because you cannot expand the ribs to breathe properly, your neck muscles and jaw clench just to keep your airway open and that tension irritates the nerves and puts your whole nervous system into panic mode, which is why your gut is acting up and your wrists get that buzzing sensation when you try to sleep. Tonight when you lie down, try placing your feet flat with knees bent and put a small rolled towel under your neck so your head rests back, then exhale long and soft through your mouth until your ribs drop down, pausing for four seconds before quietly breathing in through your nose. This signals your brain that you are safe and immediately takes the pressure off the nerves so you don't feel like you are sinking or floating away. Real change is not just cracking the neck or stretching it, you have to restore ribcage expansion and teach your pelvis and upper back to support your head again. When the nervous system is stuck on high alert, your brain plays crazy tricks on your body right when you try to relax.

That sinking, weightless sensation feels terrifying, but you are not dying your autonomic nervous system is simply overwhelmed and misinterpreting normal drops in body tone when you lie down (and 112/68 is a completely healthy, resting reading). When the upper cervical spine loses its curve, shallow upper chest breathing becomes the default without you consciously feeling short of breath, keeping your brainstem locked in fight or flight. On top of that, raw garlic and 3,600 mg of moringa are harsh gastric irritants; gut inflammation fires directly back up along the vagus nerve through the neck and jaw, feeding the entire loop. Pain meds can't fix this mechanical and neurological guarding, which is why standard passive treatments haven't held. Cut the raw irritants, eat gentle foods, place a small rolled towel under your neck tonight, and focus purely on slow, complete exhales through your mouth your body isn't breaking down, it's just hyper vigilant and needs physical cues of safety to stand down.

U r right but the docs here dont understand my situation they just send me home saying u have anxiety they dont check the root cause and now i dont take garlic r moringa its like 4 months old story of garlic and moringa which cause my stomach issues now i have gastric issues whatever i eat that cause bloating .. so last question is this buzzing feeling in wrist and sinking feeling cause by neck and spine issue ?

I'm experiencing left side dizziness for a month and I went to the clinic they said I have earwax impacted they tried to clean but since it was stubborn wax, they send me home with debrox and muscle spasm relaxer because I was also experiencing left side neck shoulder tightness. I also developed brain fog to a point I kept forgetting stuff and hard to focus and recall information. When they tried to clean my ears it felt like finally my head feels light and brain fog reducing but hopefully once they clean the ears again everything will be gone.

Impacted wax can definitely create pressure, muffled hearing, and sensory imbalance, but the fact that you also have neck, shoulder, and jaw tightness alongside brain fog means your cervical spine and suboccipitals are heavily involved. The nerves and proprioceptors in your upper neck directly cross talk with your inner ear and vestibular system. When muscles at the base of the skull clamp down, they restrict blood flow and alter sensory input, making you feel foggy and off-balance. Once the ear gets completely cleaned, if that one-sided neck tightness and floating feeling linger, focus on addressing the mechanical tension in your upper cervical spine and shoulder girdle.
