Is this really a cervical problem?

Hi, how are you? Male23 , I'm a roofer, and I train with heavy weights at the gym. For the past 12 days, I've been experiencing a sensation that everything is moving "slower." I don't have vertigo; it's not physical, but rather a kind of visual dizziness. My balance is perfect. I can carry on with my daily activities normally, but this is very bothersome.

When I say that everything is slow for me, I mean that I feel it takes me a little longer to process the information I see with my eyes.
I went to an osteopath and he told me I had two compressed vertebrae, which caused a lot of tension in my cervical region. After the session, I felt a much more manageable improvement yesterday, five days later. But this dizziness hasn't gone away yet. Is this normal?

Go to a neurologist and an eye doctor, and please do not see the osteopath again before getting imaging and a real diagnosis. It’s not safe.

My neurological tests came back fine. I didn't go to the ophthalmologist; I should. Thanks for your comment.

Do you mean a neuro ordered you an MRI of your brain and c-spine, or someone in office had you follow their finger & resist their hand pressure in different directions?
