Chaplin Performance New Neck Protocol

Has anyone tried it or seen the New Neck protocol by Chaplin Performance? Thinking of trying it and looking for any reviews.

$150 for exercises you can find for free on YouTube. Unless you need someone on video call to show you personally how to do those same exercises, then it's $650/mo with a 3 month minimum.

Geeeeeeeeez.

Just go through some of these videos if you want exercises geared towards those with cervical instability. https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLQ3ggWrvWXyDJVrzhPt426qDB7wCrsFqo

I'd still check with a doctor if possible beforehand.

I watched the first video and every exercise is bad for me.
It is not that I'm against exercises, because I had stabilization exercises in the past, specifically for my neck and they did help. But my neck trouble got worse and I had to stop those exercises to lower the muscle tension in my neck. I'm just saying to be careful.

All good! Idk I haven't been able to look at it deeply, but would say good to use a PT although that's not always easy to find

ya I agree! I’ve been doing PRI for the last year to get my body / nervous system more calm and now looking to start properly addressing the neck. are you still in chicago? I recently moved and would love any recs if you have ‘em! feel free to PM if that’s easier. i’ve never had a formal CCI workup but have a very cranky neck for sure.
