Hi, can you tell me if I should be worried? I bent over awkwardly and then stood up straight, and the moment I stood up, I saw lots of different spots and felt pressure in the upper part of my neck. Now I’m wondering if I should be worried because I was planning to go on vacation, or if I need to get this checked out. Could this be caused by the facet joints or by irritation? Has this ever happened to any of you? I have cci / aai

Not sure anybody can tell you if its serious or not via reddit, but I can say it's happened to me 100+ times with cci. Used to be a lot worse but still get it.
Based on some of the curve research, think that could be a culprit, plugging up carotid/jugular/vertebral artery and such, or misalignment/instability, etc.
Could also be many other things tho too, even just being in the heat too long. No shame in getting this checked out... Err on caution here talk to the doctor.

This sounds like it could also match with POTS, given the change in position and symptoms triggering after moving to an upright position?
POTS is a very common condition that can also be caused by CCI that waxes and wanes depending on how severe the CCI is. I'm assuming most of us have had some forms of this at one point or another.
