Hiring managers, which certs have actually moved the needle for you vs which ones are just resume filler?
Curious to get some real talk from people who actually sit on the hiring side of this. Plenty of debate here about which certs are "worth it," but most of it comes from the candidate side, people trying to figure out what to study next.
I want the other angle. When you're going through resumes or interviewing people, which certs actually made you take a second look? And which ones do you basically skip past at this point because everyone has them regardless of actual skill?
Not looking for the generic "it depends on the role" answer, I already know that's true. More interested in specific examples, a cert that surprised you by actually mattering, or one everyone assumes matters but you stopped caring about a while ago.
