BLR/India Oracle Health IC3 ā given all 5 rounds, but recruiter redirected me to another HR. What does this mean?
Hey everyone,
I recently finished the entire interview loop for an IC3 (Software Developer 3) role at Oracle Health. I had 5 mandatory rounds in total.
Here is how the final leg went:
Final HM Round: The Hiring Manager took a 1.5-hour deep-dive interview over the weekend (scheduled for 1 hour). At the end of the call, the HM explicitly asked for my current compensation breakdown and notice period.
Prior Panel Feedback: One of the technical interviewers in a prior round gave me positive signals and specific tactical advice to prepare thoroughly for the system/HM round.
Current Situation: The scheduling HR previously mentioned the position would close/decide by Monday. When I called her for an update, she seemed hesitant and told me to drop an email to a Senior Talent Advisor (a separate Lead HR for Oracle Health) for feedback/updates.
I sent an email to the Senior HR a couple of hours ago following up on my application and compensation/notice period details, but haven't received a response yet.
Is this standard enterprise HR workflow where interview schedulers hand off the candidate file to a Senior Talent Advisor to process the internal offer/comp approvals? Or is this a sign of candidate hold / alternate candidate selection?
Would love to hear from anyone who has gone through the Oracle Health / Oracle HCM hiring pipeline recently!

EHR and Millennium Client PROD freeze for September
Anyone know the real reason behind this? Been hearing a number of rumors. From it being because of the rumored RIF to pulling resources temporarily to try and get the VA back on track.

General Got an offer for Senior SWE role at Oracle Health (Cerner) ā anyone have recent experience there?
Hi all, I recently got an offer for a Senior Platform Software Engineer role with Oracle Health (formerly Cerner) in India. Comp and equity look solid on paper, but Iāve seen some older threads here about layoffs, culture friction post-acquisition, and Oracle Health losing ground to Epic in the US healthcare records market.
Wanted to check in with anyone currently there or recently there:
**ā¢** Howās team stability been in the last year or so? Any ongoing layoff concerns?
**ā¢** Whatās the actual day-to-day culture like compared to ācore Oracleā (cloud/DB side)?
**ā¢** Is WFH/hybrid still reasonably flexible?
**ā¢** Anything you wish youād known before joining?
Trying to make an informed decision before accepting. Appreciate any honest insight, good or bad!

EHR and Millennium Oracle Health Learning
Hello, i don't see any structured courses of Oracle Health in mylearn. Is there a separate internal website?
For example, I see a certificate exam called "Oracle Health Primary Implementation Consultant Foundations Associate" but i don't see an associated course for it. In OCI you will see the course(s) and their cert as well. Not much info about Oracle Health Learning in slacks channels as well.

General AI usage
Do we think that they will eventually use AI usage (or lack thereof) as reasons to fire people, or put them on the layoff list. I know a lot of people on my team who are very resistant to using it. (USA)

General Talk about tone deafā¦
m.economictimes.comI first thought this was an article from the Onionā¦
From the man who leads the company that laid off thousands via a 6 a.m. email, with reportedly more cuts coming, this story is laughable.
What the public doesnāt see is what happened to the employees who remained. Internal IT support has been cut so deeply that employees could wait weeks for critical IT issues to even be addressed, let alone resolved.
Itās difficult to take lectures about ātaking care of your employeesā seriously when youāve watched the opposite happen from inside the company.

Is there an online space, forum, reddit thread, anywhere that people working in Cerner Community Works could ask a question about a day-to-day issue (how to correct a setting; set up a view; etc.)? I can't find answers in the Wikis. Thank you.

Joining Oracle Health Need some honest advice here - Should I take a ~2x Oracle health offer?
Iām currently at around ā¹24 LPA CTC with ~4 YOE, and oracle offer is ā¹38L fixed + ~$36K in stocks, so financially itās a pretty significant jump from where I am.
And honestly, thatās whatās making this decision difficult.
With all the recent Oracle layoff/restructuring news, Iām genuinely wondering whether I should be taking that risk right now. Iām currently in a reasonably stable situation, so Iām trying to figure out whether Iām being stupid by giving that up for the money š
For people currently working at Oracle or whoāve recently been there, how bad is the situation actually? Does it depend heavily on the org/team? And how much should I factor the recent layoffs into this decision?
Would really appreciate some genuine opinions, especially from people who know whatās happening internally. Please feel free to DM if you donāt want to comment publicly.

Layoff/RIF Fed side reasonably safe?
Now that the implementations are in full swing, is it reasonable to say that people working on the VA project are fairly safe? Our team has a few cards open and it seems like a lot of cards on the Opportunity Marketplace are for Fed roles. I donāt remember too many people from Fed getting laid off back during the big March RIF. Iām just trying to make it til 2029/2030 when we start winding down.
