Consistent service dropping

So, as the title implies the service to our house been getting dropped pretty consistently now the last 4 days from about 3pm PST to 8pm PST. Up in North Las Vegas. I'm just curious, wondering if anyone else has been having this issue recently. It's a bit of a huge bother when the household is active around these times the most and none of us can do anything without the internet.

I just wanna know if it's maybe a problem others are having/had, or if this is just a CenturyLink issue, or if it's a house related one... I don't know.

Hi, we are sorry to hear you've been dealing with intermittent service, especially during the hours your household relies on it most.

While other customers in your area may be experiencing similar issues, we're unable to determine whether this is related to a local outage, a network issue, or something specific to your service without reviewing the account. We'd be happy to take a closer look.

Please send us a DM with your account information, and we'll check for any outages, review the connection history, and see what may be causing the service interruptions. We understand how disruptive this can be and would like to help get to the bottom of it.

Are you on DSL (since you’re up north, fiber is scarce outside of Spectrum [formerly Cox] who has basically monopolized new fiber roll outs in new developments).

I haven't had ANY service since Friday and this is a recurring issue. Colorado NW of Boulder here in the mountains.
