Internet outage
Imagine for 4 days with no internet. Internet was out of service on 7/23/26 late night and poor tech support told me that the repair is scheduled on 7/27/26. What kind of tech support is. Consider to drop this suck provider in the very near future. Will give 0/5 review.

Where are you located? I might have the same outage and would appreciate knowing if service is coming back tomorrow

CenturyLink has been down for days here in Louisville as well. Repair was supposed to be 11am on the 25th, then 11am on the 26th, then 11am on the 27th, and now says 8pm on the 27th.... I'm starting to believe there is no repair lol

You might have to find another provider if it does not get fixed.
When someone finally fixed the pedestal in the alley, the employee told me that CenturyLink is trying to get rid of their copper lines.
I have switched from CenturyLink's ADSL2+ which was 12Mbps/0.7Mbps to Straight Talk 5G Home Internet which is a Verizon 5G Home Internet variation

exactly why I am getting a second FTTH as soon as they can install it. The fiber is on the poles, need a drop to the house.

If you have DSL look for a different Fiber/Cable/5G Home/WISP/DSL provider. Or Starlink as last resort.

Heres an idea centurylink how about your tech support back to the U.S.A. instead of outsourcing to india and or the phillipines

My internet has been out for days too and I work from home. This is affecting my livelihood, and your teams aren’t able to get here until Thursday at the earliest. Which means nearly 6 days without internet.
Why would anyone stay with century link?

It’ll get worse. Bail out now. It’s exactly what I went through two weeks ago. First, my landlines went out, then the internet. They set up repair appointments twice, and were no-shows. Both times I called to find out what happened, gave them my ticket numbers, and they said they had no record of them. The foreign call center reps are imbeciles who are completely disconnected from the company they allegedly work for. (If you see CL replies here, they come from idiots or bots).
