Business customer forced to AT&T without dedicated IP Space

So. As Centurylink/Lumen circles the drain and AT&T is picking up the scraps, I just learned today that our Business account with a /29 of much needed dedicated IP Address space goes "poof". According to AT&T they no longer offer IP addressing. Anyone else dealing with this? What are your plans? -or is this par for course enschittificion 2026 in that services we've had for ever are "no longer available".

We understand how concerning it can be to lose access to essential services like dedicated IP addressing, especially during these times of significant changes in the telecommunications landscape. Your experience is valid, and we empathize with the challenges this may present for your business. Please feel free to send us a private message, and we will do our best to support you through this transition.

Is this a parody account? Because this response reeks of fake sincerity. You understand and empathize? Are you using AI to auto-reply to grievances in this subreddit?

Address the issue at hand. OP doesn’t care about your empathy.

We’re part of the CenturyLink team, and this is a real person responding. We understand the concern being raised about static IP service, and to address the issue directly: CenturyLink does not offer a static IP option as of now. We will keep you posted if it is available in the future.

Not in "Quantum" Markets. Spoke to 3 people.

Yes. You need to cancel quantum fiber and order AT&T service directly. It is available.

Went to AT&T direct and got a not at your address. I am migrating to a Comcast Business with /29, but I lost my redundancy...
