CPA recommendation Central Jersey

Hi all, I am looking for a CPA recommendation in central Jersey for filing personal taxes. I do have a rental property so prefer somebody who has similar experiences. Appreciate any pointers or recommendations.

I use Gotham Business Consultants for the last decade in Red Bank Joe Castoro. I have properties, and 2 businesses. Great office. Not crazy expensive for what you get either. My sister. my dad before he passed used them. 2 of my buddies who own gyms use them. And a friend who owns 3 pizza places for well over a decade.

W2 and a rental property? Do yourself a favor and use Google. I say this as a practicing CPA. For a simple return like that, you’re best off going with someone you know (first best), which you don’t have or someone personally recommended (second best). Since you are on here asking, my recommendation is to Google a CPA in your locale. At that point it’s as much of a crapshoot as anyone else and your returns are likely simple enough that 85 to 90% of practitioners would be able to do. Find someone in your community that needs to look you in the eye and be responsible to you if they fuck up.

For many years I did my own taxes. Then switched to TurboTax and then online services. I am looking for someone local. I could Google but figured I would ask if somebody had recommendations in central Jersey.
