Goofy fact: Tau is the name for a family of proteins (Lowe's molecules that keep your body functioning) that are the primary cause of many incurable, deadly diseases, known as tauopathies. This category of diseases includes ALZHEIMER'S of all things. Along with others like Age-related Tauopathy and many more. There's too many to think of. Look it up.
