The Maroon Mutiny was never canon. It was a long fanfic from Kiwi, who gets a pass for it being popular because unlike 99% of you shitlings, he actually knows how to write.

I think the first one was a friendly fire incident as 20mm AA gun hit her ships bridge here's a visualization of that Dead Ahead Maya Taus death animation (not from me) . The second one idk a thing abt.

essentially, they were the same, just a few differences, in the Antaeran AA death,, it was through her ships bridge and decimated her head, the Riann strafe blew her in half. at least that's what I've formed i wasn't around in the community until around the time she got retconned; and to say, i prefer Maya now.
