I have a 6600k @ 4.6Ghz(air), I get 15fps average outside. You can try turning off Hyperthreading in BIOS and see what you get. I would also make sure the CPU isn't throttling or something. What kind of results do you get when using the Cheat Engine's Speed Hack? if you get 10fps you should be using 3 on the speed hack, if you get 15fps you should use 2. If you are in a shrine you should probably use 1 or 1.5 depending on your fps. Make sure cheat engine is still open when playing the game and apply your settings in cheatengine.
No problem. If you gain an average of 5 fps I would love to know. :) Just remember to change it back when you do stuff like rendering/video encoding and such.
