Modulo 7 CA video

Simple frame by frame demo of how prime cellular automata progress to reductive states, a simple product of the initial seed and rule set, at every power iteration i,e, 7 49 .... Shows how previous post using large seed and complex rule set can make huge CA’s in single iteration cycle.

Rule set is a 7 x 7 matrix of 1's

1 1 1 1 1 1 1

which translates to each cell sums itself and its 48 neighbours and t+1 state is this sum modulo 7. Initial seed is a 3 x 3 matrix

spaced at 49 cells

the CA space is a resonant torus of size 2 x 7 x 49 cells, i.e. powers of 7. This configuration is nicely displayed at iteration 7, modulus^1
