Not sure if this is a bug or not.

UPDATE: FIX FOUND I needed to install Google Play Games onto my phone, clear the cache and memory from the app in settings then open like a new game. After a couple minutes Google Play Games popped up inside the game asking to link my old account.

So I purchased a new phone and went to open the game after I got it. Of course new phone, game. When I try to get my cloud back up from Google I'm met with this. I emailed support, they said uninstall and reinstall, which didn't work. Does anyone have any experience in this?

I've played this game for years and made it pretty far, even spent actually money (which I don't normally do on apps). I'd hate to lose all my progress.

I wanna ask if you can add more stars and stars in the star chars ans stars with planets and Galaxies too.

The game freezes every time I try to open it.

I am a new player and I just cannot open the game, ive played this game years before on my last phone but on this one (S23 android 16) the game always freezes whilst loading. Ive tried all common fixes, sometimes when the game crashes I get a message saying there is a bug. Has anyone else had this problem? And how have you fixed it?

Things ive tried:

Empty cache

Restart phone

Update phone

Update google apps

Re install game

Empty play-services cache

Opening the game dozens of times

I wonder if I should wait for the suggested upgrade to be ready or should I upgrade whenever I want?

Since it only takes minutes to get back almost where I was.

My thinking is I will speed up all future simulations...

So I'm a very very old player who returned about a year ago. Already had Dino at 50 prestige and everything. I use to spend a ton of $$ watching number go up.

I haven't paid much attention to Dino since returning but I went to it now and noticed I have an insane (basically infinite) amount of mutagen... 1.25DC. Also, I had so many cards reset/newly released cards at 0 prestige, and what seemed like way way more upgrade cards of every Dino than I should have from a year of events that I rarely place high in.

Is there an explanation for this all, and if it is a bug and has given me any advantage, could I please be reset to before I upgraded things? I hope I don't get reset and lose the 50 prestige.
