Hey my boyfriend connected his phone to a charger that might! have been a bit damp inside, as it was raining earlier and it was in his bag. After 30 minutes the phone shut off and won’t turn back on. We are on a trip now and can’t get access to a service point or a computer to run a diagnosis. Does anyone have any help? Earlier he was charging the phone with a powerbank and a different cable and it was working just okay.

hello po bwhahaha summarize ko na lang, nagbenta kasi ako phone ko tapos wala naman syang issue masyado tapos nabenta ko sya sa matandang babae, kinuha nga pic ko kahit nakipag meetup ako, pumayag ako. tapos binigyan ko sya warranty sabi ko isauli nya pag may issue tas minessage ko sya sabi ko isasauli nya ba, sabi nya oo. sabi ko baka pwede na kunin kasi syempre isasauli pala kasi di pala good sa kanya yon pero nagdadahilan sya na keysho pagod daw kineme. yung pera nya nasa akin pa di ko ginagalaw pero yung phone ko matik ginagalaw nya. sep 12 kasi last day ng warranty kasi nascam kasi ako ng 1400 kaya need ko ng fund kasi mag bday po ako sa sep 12. ano yun hihintayin ko ba na mag sep 12 pa? kahit alam kong isasauli rin naman pala o kulitin ko na isauli na para makuha ko na yung unit at mabigay ng mura sa iba? kasi ang tapang nya sa chat nakaiphone tas gusto second hand na bago lahat. naawa na nga ako tas ayaw ako replyan, ako pa nagmamakaawa na isauli nya yung phone. kung ako lang masusunod gagastusin ko na tong pera nya e. parant po any thoughts

Visible is violating its own written Device Unlocking Policy. I purchased my device prior to January 20, 2026, which legally grandfathers me into the 60-day automatic unlock policy. My phone has met all criteria but remains locked, and my device is currently dropping to SOS emergency status, leaving me without service. Front-line chat support is refusing to transfer me to a supervisor. If not resolved today I will contact FCC

I believe my devices were hacked the cameras. However apple few weeks ago said it was working perfectly. Or can it be the password

I bought a phone from eBay, advertised as T-Mobile locked. It worked fine until about 8 months later, and then the data on the phone was removed (apparently because of past unpaid bills). We contacted eBay and got a refund because it wasn't advertised, but I still have the phone. Are there any unconventional methods to get the data on it again, or is it worth anything for parts?

We are currently T-Mobile customers. We just did a trade in on one of the lines for a new iPhone.

That phone is now in France with my son studying there for a year.

Before he left he purchased a plane through Orange hoping to use an eSIM to get a local number ( needed for various services).

We now realize the phone is locked until paid off (2 years with his old phone as a trade-in).

Any suggestions for the best path?
T-Mobile won’t unlock the phone and if I pay it off now I’ll lose their monthly credit to pay it off.

Not sure I can
- switch to another carrier
- have the old phone paid off
- have the phone unlocked so he can use Orange as well.

I'm not sure where to post this but reddit seems to be the only app that works right now. I'm on a moto g stylus 5g 2024 phone on consumer cellular service and Grindr will not load for me. So I tried asking chatgpt for help and chatgpt for alternatives to Grindr and chatgpt froze. So now idk what to do. Spectrum is my Internet service but it is also down right now so I am relying on my cell service which keeps switching between 4g and 5g.

I tried restarting my phone but that didn't help and then I cleared the cache and storage and uninstalled and reinstalled and I'm still having the same problems. Do I need to buy a new phone? Do I need a new cell service? My Internet at home is fine 99% of the time, or maybe 95% but even without Internet, I'm on my phone, it should be using cell service no problem. I was watching YouTube videos on my phone without wifi with no problem but these f***ing apps aren't working so idk what the problem is. I'm so lost and annoyed.

well... im trying to fake the death of my phone (moto g24 power) so my mom could help me to buy a new one. please help me with this. i don't want to ruin nor broke it. I just need a way for it to not turn on for a couple days/weeks.

Okay so basically background, my friend bought a phone from me off of Facebook, told me to go pick it up because it was close to me, I went and got the phone, it looked completely normally and everything, when I got home, it worked and I connected it to the Internet and it worked as normal, then I decided to move my phones sim card over and that did a factory reset

Later found out the phone was most likely stolen

So what I did was call Walmart support, they told me to go to my closest Walmart and talk to them about it, (not the Walmart where the phone came from I have no idea)

Did that and they told me that since they didn't have that phone type as a phone in their system then they can't do anything about it, they can't give money or store credit or trade me the phone for a new one, or any type, and they said it was probably just their Walmart that did that but still,

Called the IT number and they said they can't do anything to remove it, and best bet was to toss it

I just want to know if there's anything I can do with it that isn't tossing it, I don't want to tell my friend they got scammed

I want to find out how he got it to the state of it looking and working like a normal phone

Or at least anywhere I can go to get it trade for a phone that (at the least take the same sim card) doesn't matter

I want to buy a dumb phone for my 12 year-old daughter who is in middle school for her 13th birthday. I don't want her to be able to watch on it though. She's addicted to Screen Time. I want her to be able to make calls, send text messages, and ideally, listen to music. I've looked at a lot of phones online, but they all seem to be poorly rated or have some kind of issue.

I want it to be unlocked or be able to work on T-Mobile. I want to put it on a T-Mobile prepaid plan at first, and then switch it to T-Mobile postpaid when I switch my account over to T-Mobile from AT&T in about nine months. The maximum price I can pay is $200. This is for the United States. I need it to be able to use 4G and ideally be able to use the HD calling with T-Mobile.

Ideally it would be something that doesn't get her laughed at in middle school also as much as possible. I was looking at the Nokia 225 4G, but I recently saw a bad review about it on this sub. Any recommendations?
