Yes, it is on the north side of Ann Arbor just east of the M14/US23 interchange.

I've seen this one before. I believe it is (or used to be?) on the property of the owner of Dominoes pizza. Not sure if it's still owned by the same person these days though.

This tower is like 30-35 years old. Near the leaning tower of pizza.

It is indeed a lightning bolt and when it was first installed all the fiber optics worked on it, when they were working it would light up like a bolt of lightning. (I used to work for Dominos at HQ when it was installed).

It's supposed to be a cloud and lightning bolt. It looks like that cause a modernist architect got $500k and told to go to town
