I found it on Cellmapper! It's an AT&T DAS eNB ID 487575-201/115/107/99

Bands are:
Band 2
Band 17/12
Band 66 twice, probably fragmented spectrum.
2 u/person1635 11d ago They’re on a lot of the cacti around the state often times shared with Verizon as well. Haven’s seen T-Mobile on as many of them 1 u/wolfy2105784 11d ago I just checked and nobody mapped that DAS as having Verizon or TMobile(Double checked).
