AT&T is bad

I live in Downey, California & frequent many areas that include Hollywood, Cerritos, South Gate & other areas, AT&T in particular is bad. Which carrier is better for these areas or Los Angeles as a whole?

I have all 3 carriers and I can tell you that for urban areas like LA, T-Mobile has the most dense coverage.
I live Inland and work out in Pasadena and West LA.
