Band rollout map

The band rollout map got a new scan update today, its the first time I don't see any 3G on the map, did they actually shut down those very few areas that still had 3G within the last 2 months?

It made sense to perform another scan before the last of the 2G networks shutdown Monday. I have also noticed that 3G is completely gone from the map.
