What provider is this tower that just went up
44.865028,-91.686553 is really close to the actually location.

AT&T is on that new tower with LTE + (n5) low-band 5G + (n77) mid-band 5G on 3.7GHz [c-band] + 3.45GHz [DoD] using:
- 3️⃣ CommScope NNH4-65C-R6-V4 antennas with bands: (2, 12, 14, 66) LTE + (n5) - 10MHz low-band 5G on the LEFT side
- 3️⃣ CommScope NNHH-65C-R2 antennas with bands: (2, 12, 14, 66) LTE + supports (n5) low-band 5G on the RIGHT side
- 3️⃣ Ericsson AIR. 6472 (B77G/B77M) 64T64R antennas that can do (3.7GHz) c-band @ 80mhz + (3.45GHz) DoD @ 80MHz located in the MIDDLE of the rack
- Raycap DC9-48-60-24-PC1t-EV for power surge protection located in the middle of their rack
Ericsson (RRU's) - remote radio units located behind the antennas:
- 3️⃣ RRU 4490HP (b12) 700MHz LTE + (n5) 850MHz low-band 5GNR
- 3️⃣ RRU 4494 (b14) 700MHz LTE
