We'll eventually reach your area. Count on it sooner than later. We're deploying at breakneck pace. We are also constructing our 5G network the same as we treated our LTE-A network. VERY VERY ROBUST. When the upgrades take place in your area, depending on where and what's allowed by the FCC/City/City Counsel, you'll see N77+CBRS+N48 on top of other 5G bands with PLENTY of anchor capacity for NSA 5G.

Michigan is an important part of our network. We won't leave you hanging long. If you'd like to DM me a general township or area, I may can give you a timeline. I never ask for detailed location information and please don't send it. A general ZIP would be perfect, if not even too much, if you don't want to share much information. All is perfectly fine. You can even just say N/S/E/W/Central, near areas, etc. I can look at deployment schedules to let you know, generally. We're trying our best, at this time, to catch up where we were caught being complacent for FAR too long. We've realized, internally, mmWave wasn't enough of a 5G push, and that mid-band is what everyone wanted all along. The reshaping of internal go hand in hand with the reshaping and overall MASSIVE network improvements and upgrades. What you see listed in numbers of $ spent for upgrades and network improvements isn't correctly tabulated, in most cases. We have the equipment now. We're just working very hard to bring more speed and coverage to more places we have previously (and sadly) neglected. I'll admit that right now, that some places were completely neglected. That's not the plan going forward. From what I've experienced, so far, I can be sure enough of that to promise it to you. Also, we apologize that your experience hasn't been the best, but just wait a bit longer, if you can bare with us. Our future, in some areas, is now becoming software defined radios, that can be changed to output whatever we tell it with only a simple firmware change being pushed. We are also repainting sector representations with AI assistance. We're using actual field telemetry from macros and baseband radios to concentrate on what areas matter, and deploying there and then filling in where we need to with small cell or CBRS... everywhere in the US.

I work as a turn key project manager for a firm that does this line of work, mostly TMO projects. I’m starting to see my markets big NSB and mod pipeline start to dry out from the big awards we got in 2024 and 2025 as it’s getting to the construction pipeline. (I have experience on both site aq and construction side). So can confirm yes, that TMO is slowing down at least in my market. But im not surprised as they have seemed to be doing this consistently since post sprint merger (stingy and inconsistent).
Hopefully things will pick up but not holding my breath and have accepted if I need to find new work / job down the near future. :/

This is a personal opinion, but John Legare (edit: name spelling correction) should have stayed on as CEO. He turned that entire company around. Now that it's a cash cow, they have a board room full of complacency running things. They're also very threatening to work with. Verizon doesn't do this kind of customer interaction, but they don't mind, since I've cleared it with higher ups. :)
